I love love love this waist trainer and the fact that I can adjust it to my liking. On day’s that I know I’m wearing my stomach out I wear it for at least 5 to 8 hours. By the time I take it off my tummy is flat. I also wear it under my clothes while at work (8 hours).

Easy to put on and take off, and effective at providing support. I use it more so for back support than as a waist trainer and like that you can adjust the tightness of it.
